Americans burdened by credit card and personal loan debt will be able to claim a once-in-a-lifetime relief option provided by the banks this week. The newly announced Emergency Bailout program will write off up to 70% of what each American owes and offer a new minimum payment of $350 with 0% interest until the remaining debt is paid off. It does not matter if you have a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or AMEX card.

The steps you have to follow are very simple: Choose your debt amount, answer if you're currently making payments on your debt or not, and call the number that will appear on your screen. Then, simply claim your emergency relief package, which will allow you to write off up to 70% of your debt and provide you with a new, very low minimum payment with no interest. Then, simply pay off the rest of your debt. Most Americans eliminate their debt completely in 12 months.
